This policy covers this website, the checkout and delivery process, and any message you send us about a legal or privacy matter. The seller that publishes RevenueReels AI and operates this store is the controller of the personal information described here, and its contact address is in section 16.

This policy does not cover the third-party AI, voice, media, music, or publishing services you choose to connect inside the software. Those services handle your data under their own privacy policies, and you choose which ones to use.

This website does not receive or store your full card number, its security code, or any bank credentials. Checkout is completed on infrastructure operated by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and processes payment, tax, and receipts.

We receive the result of that payment and the order details listed below, not the payment credentials themselves.

Purchase and order information. When a payment is confirmed we record the order reference, the email address you used at checkout, the product and amount, the currency, the payment status, and the country and timestamps reported by the payment provider.

Delivery information. We store the download token issued for your order, its expiry, and how many times it has been used.

Messages you send us. If you write to the contact address about a legal or privacy matter, we keep the message, your address, and anything you include with it.

Technical and security data. Like most web servers, ours records requests in operational logs, which can include your IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs are used to keep the site available, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information. There is no contact form and no email help desk on this site, so we collect nothing from you through a support channel.

RevenueReels AI runs on your computer. Your topics, prompts, uploaded media, provider credentials, generated assets, and rendered videos are not sent to us merely because you use the software. We do not receive your projects, your API keys, or your finished videos.

If you connect a third-party AI, voice, media, or publishing provider, data is sent from your device directly to that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. You choose those providers and remain responsible for confirming that they meet your privacy and compliance requirements.

We use a consent cookie to remember your cookie choice. A session identifier is stored in your browser only when someone signs in to the administration area of this site. Buyers do not sign in and no account is created by a purchase.

Analytics cookies are optional and are described in section 6. You can refuse them and still buy the software, and you can clear cookies for this site at any time in your browser settings.

This site may measure aggregate traffic and page views to understand which pages help buyers. Analytics is off until you accept it in the cookie banner, and it is only active when an analytics identifier has been configured for the store.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _gid. Rejecting analytics prevents those cookies from being set, and they are cleared if you withdraw consent.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use your order details, your messages, or your project content to train models.

You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time by clearing the consent cookie for this site in your browser, which stops the analytics cookies from being set again.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive information you gave us in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To make a request, write to the contact address in section 16 from the address you used at checkout, and we may ask you to confirm control of that mailbox. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live, work, or believe the problem occurred.

Some records, such as purchase and tax records, must be kept for a period required by law, so a deletion request does not automatically cover them.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use and share them, to request a copy, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Similar rights may apply under the law of other US states.

Requests can be made using the contact address in section 16. We will verify that the request comes from the address recorded on the order before acting on it.

We share personal information only with the providers needed to run the store, and only as far as needed:

• Creem, which processes the payment, applies tax, and issues receipts;
• our website hosting provider, which serves this site and its installer download redirects;
• our managed PostgreSQL database provider, which hosts order records;
• our website hosting provider, which serves this site and its logs;
• Google Analytics, but only if you have accepted analytics cookies;
• authorities, courts, or professional advisers where we are legally required to disclose information, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Our providers may process and store information in countries other than yours, including the country where the store’s hosting and payment infrastructure operates. Where required, we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses, for that processing.

Order, payment, and delivery records are kept for as long as needed to honour your licence, reissue a download link, resolve disputes, and satisfy accounting and tax obligations. In practice that means up to seven years after your purchase, because that is the longest period a tax authority may ask us to produce a record.

Messages you send us about a legal or privacy matter are kept while the matter is open and afterwards for as long as needed to show how it was handled.

Server logs are kept for a short period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate abuse. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of the analytics service, which is currently 14 months.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or aggregated so that it can no longer be linked to you.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to order data is limited to the store’s own administration area, and download links are random per-order tokens rather than guessable web addresses. Our hosting, database, email, and payment providers are chosen with the security of the data they process on our behalf in mind.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe an order, a payment, or a download link of yours has been exposed, write to the contact address in section 16 and the link can be reissued and the old one revoked.

This store and the software are intended for adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy when the store, its providers, or the law changes. The revision date below shows when the current text was last changed, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
